Institutions attempt to stop illegal downloading....

The music industry in America is now attempting to stop university students downloading illegal music files......because music sales were down from $14.5 billion to $12.2 billion......considering the majority of us can't even imagine $12.2 billion - will anyone actually have any sympathy with these huge music corporations?
